GABOR HEGEDUS: “IN UNGHERIA OGNI SQUADRA E’ COSTRETTA AD AVERE CATEGORIE UNDER 13”
Abbiamo incontrato Gabor Hegedus, responsabile della Scuola calcio Debrecen Olasz FS (dove Olasz sta per italiana) e responsabile, attualmente, solo delle selezioni ungheresi Under 14 e under 15.
Una carriera spesa per il calcio giovanile che inizia, o meglio, si completa quando negli anni 90′ lavora come direttore tecnico per il Pescara e controlla tutto il settore giovanile dei delfini.
Ora, ritornato in patria, ha avuto, fino allo scorso anno la responsabilità di curare anche l’Under 19 e con la sua competenza ci racconta cosa e come la Federazione (e lo Stato) stiano investendo sul calcio giovanile: “Ormai, sono cinque anni che abbiamo intrapreso una vera e propria rivoluzione, il nuovo progetto prevede che già dagli under 5 lo Stato aiuta materialmente le scuole calcio e paga in un certo senso gli istruttori che possono vivere di questo lavoro. Ma per migliorare anche l’impiantistica, alla società che ha un progetto di ampliamento o di modifica della struttura lo Stato riconosce una sovvenzione del 70% dei costi previsti”.
Una vera rivoluzione che sta portando tanti progressi e miglioramenti che sfociano anche nei buoni risultati che si possono ottenere, nel tempo, con la Nazionale maggiore.
Ma un’altra rivoluzione è quella che “la Federazione costringe tutte le società dalla serie A all’ultima categoria di avere squadre di under 7, under 8, under 11 e under 13, che poi si affrontano in tornei settimanali”. Chiaro che mettendo insieme due fattori fondamentali, sovvenzioni agli allenatori, che così possono dedicarsi a questo mestiere con professionalità ed aggiornandosi con costanza, e il voler costringere le società ad investire sui giovani, i risultati, prima o poi arriveranno”.
Ma, continua Gabor, “Spesso, ci sono delle selezioni dei migliori calciatori under 12, 13 e 14 che sono convocati in stage federali”.
Insomma una serie di iniziative importanti che portano l’Ungheria ad essere all’avanguardia dello sport e, in particolar modo, nel calcio.
Gabor, oltre ad avere questi compiti federali, dirige anche la citata scuola calcio Debrecen che: “Noi ogni anno, da Maggio in poi, portiamo i ragazzi a giocare in giro per l’Europa. Ora ho tre formazioni impegnate in Italia, e una delle tre partecipa al torneo Internazionale organizzato dalla Nikè of Pellezzano”. (nella foto)
La squadra, si vede che esprime un buon calcio, e notiamo una particolarità: “Si, noi abbiamo nel gruppo tre portieri che facciamo girare in questo modo: due giocano in porta, uno in altro ruolo di movimento, questo perché anche i portieri devono sapere giocare a calcio”.
