Il “Barone” Simone Feudi è chiamato al ruolo di Direttore Tecnico della Lady International Terracina e con lui tracciamo un percorso di quello che saranno i suoi progetti e le sue ambizioni:

Mister Simone Feudi, sarai chiamato a trasferire il background tecnico-tattico acquisito sul campo, ad un gruppo di ragazze pur ben motivate. Quali sfide ed eventuali difficoltà metti in conto, considerando l’altro sesso?

Penso che le difficoltà si incontrano sempre, sia in ambienti sportivi che non sportivi. L’importante è essere motivati ed avere degli obiettivi comuni, così da affrontare con serenità gli ostacoli che ci si presenteranno sul cammino.

D’altra parte con il Terracina Beach Soccer hai sperimentato cosa vuol dire scendere in campo con un blasone ed un palmares già acquisiti, quindi contro avversari agguerriti ma consapevoli che si trovano di fronte una squadra che sa vincere. Questo tipo di mentalità è più facile o più difficile da trasferire, rispetto ai fondamentali tecnico-tattici?

Indubbiamente mi trovo in un gruppo che ha già vinto molto, quindi vuol dire che la mentalità è quella giusta, ma una cosa non esclude l’altra perché se non abbiamo una mentalità e soprattutto una compattezza di squadra, non possiamo perseguire la crescita tecnico-tattica come unico obiettivo da perseguire.

Abbiamo visto che negli anni passati la Lady International Terracina ha centrato sempre l’obiettivo scudetto, ed  in Euro Winners Cup, con un  costante miglioramento, si e’ posizionata tra le migliori 8 d’Europa. Quale pensi che possa essere la dimensione giusta per l’appuntamento di Nazaré: un salto di qualità dal punto di vista della qualità di gioco, o anche sotto il profilo del risultato?

Affronteremo la competizione di Nazarè con la volontà di migliorarci in tutto, però per arrivare in fondo a queste competizioni servono tanti elementi che si devono incastrare l’un l’altro. Se al bel gioco riusciamo ad unire anche i risultati… ben venga! Ma i risultati arrivano grazie a tanti fattori che fanno la differenza, comunque i presupposti per fare bene e migliorare in tutto ci sono, noi ce la metteremo tutta com’è giusto che sia.

Parlaci della collaborazione nata con questa società, dei rapporti maturati fin qui con la presidentessa Di Fonsi e col suo staff.

Sapevo che era una bella società, ma entrandoci dentro mi sono reso conto della grande professionalità direi manifestata con molto equilibrio. Mi sono trovato subito bene e non ho avuto problemi, non escludo che ci potrà essere qualche discussione, che comunque sarà volta a far crescere tutto l’ambiente. Spero di poter continuare su questa lunghezza d’onda: finora sono stato ascoltato e ho ascoltato, i presupposti per fare bene ci sono.

Infine, hai già qualche nome su cui contare per il roster a disposizione. Quale alchimia va cercata prima: fuori o dentro al campo?

L’alchimia va sempre cercata sia dentro che fuori dal campo, è difficile trovare l’alchimia perfetta, ma comunque ci si prova e quando ci si riesce, molto spesso arrivano i risultati. Per quanto riguarda i nomi, per me esiste solo la  “Lady “, perché per me esiste solo la squadra ed il rispetto di ogni ruolo. A partire da questo poi, come dicevo i risultati arriveranno perché le giocatrici sono forti e in gamba.

The “Baron” Simone Feudi is called to the role of Technical Director of the Lady International Terracina not only as a new jewel set on the queen’s scepter, but to give new stimulus to the group and the environment.

Mr. Simone Feudi, you will be called to transfer the technical-tactical background acquired on the field to a group of well-motivated girls. What challenges and difficulties do you take into account, considering the other sex?

I think the difficulties always come together, both in sports and non-sports environments. The important thing is to be motivated and to have common goals, so as to face the obstacles that will arise on the path with serenity.

On the other hand, with the Terracina Beach Soccer you have experienced what it means to take the field with a coat of arms and an already acquired palmares, therefore against aggressive but aware opponents who are facing a team that knows how to win. Is this kind of mentality easier or more difficult to transfer, compared to the fundamental technical-tactical ones?

Undoubtedly I am in a group that has already won a lot, so it means that the mentality is the right one, but one thing does not exclude the other because if we do not have a mentality and above all a team compactness, we cannot pursue technical growth- tactic as the only goal to pursue.

We have seen that in the past years the Lady International Terracina has always hit the championship goal, and in Euro Winners Cup, with a constant improvement, it has positioned itself among the best 8 in Europe. What do you think could be the right size for the appointment of Nazaré: a qualitative leap from the point of view of the quality of the game, or even in terms of the result?

We will face the competition of Nazarè with the will to improve ourselves in everything, but to get to the bottom of these competitions we need many elements that must fit together each other. If we manage to combine the good game with good results … so be it! But the results come thanks to many factors that make the difference, however the conditions for doing well and improving are there, we will do our best to make it right.

Tell us about the collaboration born with this company, the relationships that have matured so far with president Di Fonsi and her staff.

I knew it was a beautiful company, but entering into it I realized the great professionalism I would say manifested with a lot of balance. I immediately found myself well and had no problems, I do not exclude that there may be some discussion, which in any case will be aimed at making the whole environment grow. I hope I can continue on this wavelength: so far I have been listened to and listened to, the conditions for doing well are there.

Finally, you already have some names you can count on for the roster available. Which alchemy should be sought first: outside or inside the camp?

Alchemy must always be sought both inside and outside the field, it is difficult to find the perfect alchemy, but in any case we try and when we succeed, the results often arrive. As for the names, for me there is only the “Lady”, because for me there is only the team and respect for each role. Starting from this then, as I said the results will come because the players are strong and smart.
